By purchasing from Kiwi Made Toys, you kindly agree to allow 2-4 weeks to receive your order, depending on the number of products purchased and the different crafting processes for different designs. (If you need it by a certain date please contact us, we will happily bump your order to the front of the queue!)

We understand times are tough, so if you place an order and it isn't paid for over 3 months, we will simply cancel your order and you will not be legally obligated to pay. We will send multiple reminder emails before this happens. Feel free to let us know immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

Under certain circumstances, you may be granted a return & refund. Because our products are handcrafted, you acknowledge when purchasing that there may be variances from puzzle to puzzle, such as wood grain, picture placement, paint shades, etc. We consider faulty puzzles to be those with significant chips, large noticeable marks (natural wood marks not included), and noticeable ink smudges. If you receive a faulty puzzle as described, you may be eligible to return the puzzle to us for a full refund or a brand new product. We will pay shipping fees.

When you create an account through our web store, you agree to having your relevant information in our customer database, which we do not sell to or share with any third parties besides shipping companies so that your parcels arrive safely at your door.

If you select "Dannevirke" shipping, you agree to have one of our employees travel to your provided address and either leave your parcel in your mail box, by the door, or handed to you in person. You will receive an email notification of delivery.

If you select "NZ Wide" shipping instead of "Rural" and your address is a rural address, your order will be refunded and we will send you an invoice with the correct shipping cost. Our shipping prices are less than the true cost already so we appreciate the honesty of our customers.

If you click "subscribe" when creating an account, you agree to receive occasional promotional emails about new releases, updates and exclusive sales that we think you might enjoy! You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
