Shipping policy

We use NZ Post Standard & Rural tracked shipping for all retail orders (excluding Dannevirke addresses) and try to keep our shipping prices as accurate and affordable as possible. In the weeks after placing your order, look out for an email notification that we have dispatched your order. (Check your spam or junk folder if you can't find it!) Once dispatched from our workshop, packages are usually delivered within 2 days for standard, or 4-5 days for rural. If you live in Dannevirke, one of our whānau will happily hand-deliver your order to your mailbox/door for free, or you may request to pick your order up.

Please kindly select the correct shipping at the checkout and allow a total of 1-4 weeks to receive your order, depending on the number of products purchased and the different crafting processes for different designs. A lot of factors go into how long our puzzles take to craft, so the answer can vary from order to order. If you need your order by a certain date please contact us, we are happy to bump your order to the front of the queue so it reaches you on time!

Orders containing only 1-2 items, especially Name Puzzles, usually take approx 5 business days or less to be dispatched from our workshop unless we are very busy. However orders containing 10 items will usually take 2-4 weeks. Hand painted designs double the amount of time an order will take to be finished. The resource market in NZ is also ever-changing, so very occasionally we may have to wait on a specific ink, paint, finish, etc, to be available. We do our best to make sure resource shortage is a rare occurrence and we will tell you if we expect a delay for this reason.
