Feedback & Returns

As our products are all handmade individually with plywood we ask that you kindly understand each puzzle will have it's little quirks - knots in the wood, small creases and marks, individual cut lines, etc. If you have received a product from us that you believe goes beyond this and is faulty, please reach out and we can discuss whether or not you are eligible for a replacement or a refund. Examples of faulty products include misspellings of words or names (Name Puzzles), significant ink smudges, large chips, etc.

Because we have been in business for over a decade, we have had many little changes to puzzles over the years to keep them current and accurate. If you have a puzzle you believe has incorrect or dated word usage and you wish to return it, we can offer you the updated version as a replacement.
